Airplayxpchelper Little Snitch
Little Snitch does! As soon as you’re connected to the Internet, applications can potentially send whatever information they want to wherever they want. Sometimes they do this for good reason, on your explicit request. But often they don’t. Little Snitch allows you to intercept these unwanted connection attempts, and lets you decide how to. I just upgraded from Snow Leopard to Sierra and I can't believe all the connections Little Snitch is flagging. I don't use iCloud and don't have any iToys and don't 'Social Network' so it's all wasted on me. Plus I don't like Apple spying on everything I do. Killing all these agents and daemons is a GREAT idea. Little Snitch 1.2.2 strikes a good balance between automatically blocking potential problems and letting users decide what connections to allow. This is a great tool for anyone who uses a wide. Cook wars wii download.

Why is the process 'AirPlayXPCHelper' on my MBP trying to connect to an IP address outside of my home network?
The IP address it's trying to connect to is a typical home network address (e.g. 192.168.0.xx) but this IP address is different than my current home network addresses (e.g. 192.168.1.xx).
My MacBook is connected to my home network via wi-fi as are all other devices in my home.
I have no wi-fi or AirPlay devices with the address 192.168.0.xx on my network.

All connected devices are accounted for and all have been permanently assigned IP addresses.
All addresses on my home network are 192.168.1.xx, not 192.168.0.xx.
So why is AirPlayXPCHelper trying to connect outside of my home network? Is it trying to connect to a neighbour's AirPlay speakers or some other device?
